Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address, and the workplace you pick so we know where to deliver. Your password is handled by Google Firebase Authentication and is never visible to us.
• Orders: what you ordered, the quantity, dressing and extras, the delivery day, and any notes you add, including allergy information. Notes are used only to prepare your food.
• Payments: card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number never touches our site. We keep the amount, the date, a receipt number, and the card brand and last four digits so we can show you receipts and handle refunds or credits.
• Shop requests: which items you have asked us to make again, so we can let you know when they are scheduled.
• Technical details: if something goes wrong in your browser we record the error message, the page you were on, and your account id so we can fix it. We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

How we use it

• To prepare and deliver your order and to send you receipts and order updates.
• To send the weekly menu and Shop announcements. You can turn these off under Account Settings or with the unsubscribe link in any announcement email. Receipts, cancellations, and replies to your own Shop requests still come through.
• To answer your questions and handle refunds and credits.
• To keep the site working and secure.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your information. Your employer is only the delivery address. The services that help us run the site see the pieces they need:

• Stripe processes payments and refunds.
• Resend delivers our emails.
• Google Firebase hosts the site, handles sign-in, and stores the information above.

We may also share information if the law requires it.

Cookies and browser storage

The site keeps you signed in and remembers your cart using your browser's own storage. There are no advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

Order and payment records are kept as business and tax records. If you want your account closed and your details removed, email jsmiller135@gmail.com and we will remove everything we are not required to keep.

Your choices

• Update your name and workplace under Account Settings.
• Turn menu and Shop announcement emails on or off under Account Settings, or use the unsubscribe link in any announcement.
• Ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by email.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, sign-in is handled by Google, and card details go directly to Stripe.

Children

This service is for workplace lunch orders and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update this page and the date at the top.
